Your Role as an Acquisitions Manager

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls from qualified U.S. sellers
  • Building rapport and understanding seller motivation
  • Negotiating price, terms, and deal structure
  • Following up with warm leads already in the pipeline
  • Managing deals from the first call to signed contract

Every conversation is with a homeowner who has already expressed interest, allowing you to focus on closing high-quality opportunities rather than chasing cold leads.
