Job Description
- Support content reduction and proofreading efforts.
- Reduce written paragraphs into concise statements or lessons.
- Reduce long training audios or videos into shorter, easy-to-consume versions.
- Ensure reduced content conveys the original meaning and tone.
- Proofread texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
- Input training manuals, policies, and procedures into our software platform as actionable missions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of English Writer or similar roles experience.
- 3+ years of proven research skills: literary and business-related.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in English, creative writing, or a related field.
- Advanced English language fluency with excellent written skills
- Proficient in English grammar, spelling, punctuation and accuracy skills.
- Ability to maintain the original meaning and tone of content.
- Excellent literary and business-related research skills are required.
- Knowledge of content reduction techniques is required.
- Ability to deliver tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using software platforms for content management.
- Must be able to work on multiple writing projects simultaneously.
Workspace Requirements
- Ability to perform independently and remotely.
- Quality equipment (desktop or laptop computer).
- Reliable Internet connection and own dedicated workspace.
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Time Range: 09:00 PST – 17:00 PST
Shift Duration: 8 hours
Compensation: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with the local market)
Work Presence: Appear live on-camera for the full work shift.
