We are now seeking a driven Recruitment Resourcers to join our growing team. You will work alongside experienced recruiters, gaining the support and development needed to build a successful career in healthcare recruitment.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source, attract, and register candidates for complex care roles.
- Advertise vacancies using a wide range of media.
- Headhunt and proactively contact suitable candidates.
- Screen CVs, manage interviews, and carry out compliance checks (e.g. references, right-to-work).
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Promote vacancies and services through social media and other channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years plus recruitment experience.
- Driven, ambitious, and target-focused.
- Confident, personable, and an excellent communicator.
- Comfortable with cold calling and working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong IT skills, organised, and process-driven.
- A genuine interest in people and a passion for helping others find employment.

- Will always be around UK time schedules and within UK time zones, we are requiring hours of
- 4pm to 9pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday Sunday 9am to 6pm initially with options to extend to earlier start times on Monday to Thursday
