We currently work alongside one of the largest Insolvency/Debt Solution providers in the UK and are looking to increase our lead generation team for the start of 2026!
We are looking for Sales Agents / Advisors who have strong Sales UK Debt Management / Debt Help experience.
Responsibilities
Within this role, you will focus on dialing our high-quality leads, qualifying and objection handling those who need help and those who we can help, and sending them over to our team of advisors. This involves daily outreach to candidates, collecting key information, and ensuring our CRM system records are accurately maintained.
Your knowledge of the UK Debt Management/Financial Services will be crucial in identifying valuable candidates and making informed decisions during lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads by outbound/inbound calls, qualify, pitch, factfind and then pass to Advisor.
Candidate Contact: Conduct outreach calls to gather essential information, verify details, and build initial relationships, manage objections.
Accurate Record-Keeping: Ensure all gathered information is meticulously entered into our CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
Experience
- UK Debt Management Knowledge: A good understanding of the UK Debt Management / Financial Services industry is essential
- Resilience: Ability to make consistent calls daily, maintaining positive attitude and hungry to earn money
- Attention to Detail: Precise data entry skills to keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for professional outreach
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software
- We are only looking for people who have strong Financial Services sales experience

- Must be able to work International time zone (UK) shifts (11.30am – 9pm Mon – Thurs, 11.30am – 5pm Friday)
- Clear communication skills (written and vocal) essential
- Live locally – ability to commute easily to our offices in Umhlanga Ridge (timekeeping is important!)
