About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Advisor to join our growing team. In this externally focused role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers by providing tailored solutions that meet their financial and strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients at their business locations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally and build strong brand awareness in the market.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful sales experience.
  • Strong finance knowledge and background (e.g., degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience).
  • RE (Regulatory Examination) certificate required.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to client sites within the region.
  • A proven sales track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working autonomously.
