GENERAL MANAGER – INTERNATIONAL CAFÉ (FLORIDA ROAD, DURBAN)
We are an international café opening soon on Florida Road and are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a management role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience managing high-volume, premium dining environments
- Excellent understanding of stock control, costing, and staff management
- Ability to maintain service standards and customer experience
- Confident, professional, and solutions-driven
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full daily operations
- Manage and train staff across all departments
- Ensure service excellence and consistency
- Handle customer relations and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor financial performance and stock control
- Maintain a high-end dining atmosphere
Salary: Market-related, based on experience and skill level
