Remote Attorney (Contract Review & Legal Support)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Attorney to provide legal support across a range of commercial and operational matters. This role involves reviewing, revising, and drafting contracts, advising on legal risk, and supporting business operations with practical legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, revise, and draft commercial agreements, including service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or guidance on relevant issues
- Support negotiations and contract finalization processes
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation
- Collaborate remotely with internal teams, clients, and external counsel as needed
- Assist with general corporate and administrative legal matters
Requirements
- Qualified attorney or solicitor in good standing in relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation
- Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal document management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international or remote teams
- Familiarity with compliance, privacy, or employment law
- Previous in-house counsel or law firm experience
